Ruskin Heights Tornado
Memorial Program Schedule for May
19, 2007

11:30-1:15 Ruskin High School Gymnasium
will be open for a "Step Back to 1957". This will be a
time that everyone can come and you will have an opportunity to meet
fellow survivors and get re-acquainted with your neighbors from 50
years ago!

12:00-12:30 "Weather Then and Weather Now" forum
in the Multipurpose Room. Meteorological Forecasting Then and
Now Forum will be running with special guest speakers,
who will contrast the state of the art radar of 1957, versus the
2007 technology. Recounting that night will recount what was seen,
and the alerts given from a personal viewpoint and experts on
today's resources that save lives.

12:45-1:00 "Meet the author of
"Caught in the Path" and Carolyn Glenn Brewer.
She will be signing her book and doing a forum
of her own sharing her work of her book.

1:15 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. Blaine Steck Auditorium
will be a Survivors Memorial Service for those Family and Friends of the
tornado victims. This will have some limited seating, so I ask
that you RSVP to rhmarbor@kc.rr.com
so that we may make sure that seats are reserved for family members
and those who wish to attend.

2:30-3:00 After the Tornado thirty minute color
movie taken by Stan Cramer's father with commentary possibly by Stan
Cramer.

3:30-4:30 p.m. Ruskin Heights Tornado Memorial
Monument Rededication & Tree Arbor Presentation will be a gathering to rededicate the monument.
The Ruskin Heights Memorial Tree Arbor will read the names of the Fatalities
in the dedication of the new
Ruskin Heights Memorial Tree Arbor. Please indicate if you
wish to have a seat for this event. Seating spaces are going fast,
so reserve yours now at no cost.
